Frank Fanelli entered the University of Northern Colorado on a music scholarship planning to follow in his father’s footsteps as a jazz musician. Frank quickly realized that his passion was focused on business rather than on music, and, consequently, he turned his studies towards business. At the young age of 20, Frank entered the real estate brokerage business and was fortunate enough to be hired at a small brokerage firm. He remained a high achieving producer for over twenty years as he watched the company grow into one of the top real estate companies in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Fueled by a desire to launch a new and fresh real estate brokerage firm, Frank partnered with several likeminded and respected peers within the business, and, in 2005, their dream became a reality. The company quickly rose to the number one independent real estate company in town and remains very strong still today due to a relentless commitment by the principals to foster a positive, family-like culture and work environment. In 2014, Frank and his wife Melissa decided to retire from the company he co-founded to relocate to their second home in Scottsdale, Arizona. Frank also maintains an Arizona real estate broker license and has since launched a new and innovative referral and broker matching service called eBrokerMatch.com. Frank’s passion is sharing his knowledge of how to create healthy and positive work environments throughout our American workplace and has consulted with numerous businesses including retail, high tech, financial, and real estate firms on how to accomplish this important task. Frank believes that if you have an open-minded leadership group, no employee should ever have to endure the agony of having to work in an unhealthy environment.
