International Transaction on Informatics and Computing (ITIC) is a new open-access journal. The journal is developed and published by Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics Education Society (STEMES), a USA-based non-profit organization to advocate and promote STEM educations internationally and domestically. The journal aims at helping authors to quickly publish online their academic research papers or enterprise-based STEM education-related technical reports. Due to its online open access publishing, the contents of every papers can be viewed publicly. Both informatics-related theorem, principle, concepts, and information system methodologies in informatics (information systems) and associated intensive data computing technologies, higher education curriculums and programs, teaching methods and course materials in STEM-related information technology for K12 students from different communities are highly welcomed and encouraged. The journal disseminates the knowledge of leading-edge information technology to academic researchers, practitioners and enterprises who are interested and practicing in the latest developments in information systems and associated computational methods, including systems engineering approach to novel information systems, paradigms and tangible strategies, system architectures, practices, approaches and tangible technologies. The journal is also enthusiastic in bridge the educational gap between the academic and IT communities, through its special issues on the urgent but challenges problems and possible solutions for future education to promote professionals in IT career paths.
