ABOUT THE BOOK

This book is for business analysts, those who manage them, and those who teach business analysis. It demystifies one of the murkiest chapters of the BABOK® Guide: “Identify Business Analysis Performance Improvements” and offers advice on how to handle information, clients, colleagues, and yourself. It delivers pragmatic professional knowledge gleaned from decades of experience—both my own and lessons imparted by savvy practitioners I was lucky to meet.
