ABOUT THE BOOK

All that can naturally occur, and result from simply learning to relax the mind, is astounding. When there is a total relaxation like this something amazing happens, and it happens all on its own without trying. Moreover, this change can last and continue to become more and more remarkable. I would invite you to look at some of the figures in our world today. There are world leaders, billionaires, actors and musicians, philanthropists, doctors, scientists, business leaders, all with a great deal of material and social accomplishment. Yet, there is no guarantee they will realize any semblance of lasting inner-peace and harmony within themselves. It’s because one has nothing to do with the other. Inner-peace and the joy of living isn’t dependent on these circumstances. Instead, they are dependent on us, and where we place the direction of our minds. Where is your mind now, and what are you thinking? What words are occurring? Did you choose this stream of thinking? Does this stream of thought feel and seem familiar? Is it the same thought you’ve had before? How many times before? Do you even know?

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Ernest Krolick

I feel I have found the meaning and purpose to my life-experience: To feel a connection to the divine and all that is, in a way that is present and not abstract ideology or fancy wordplay. A feeling I call “love” and “appreciation”. I am loving my life, and everyone around me can feel the energy output. It’s tangible and others are doing the same by taking responsibility for their minds and their own degree of relaxation. We take this with us and embody the principles in everything we do. No half-assing, and no cherry-picking. My thoughts, my actions, and my emotions are all my responsibility. And it all begins and stems with the attachment to thinking, and the conceptual mind. This is not abstract ideology or fancy wordplay. The way we think is creating our life-experience. It really is that simple. Remembering to choose awareness and choice may not feel simple only because we are out of practice. When I choose my thinking, I can deliberately choose how I act and behave in this world. When this happens the strong “negative” emotions dissolve naturally and without declaring war on the “problem”. When I choose my thinking, I can find myself relaxed all the time. Not just sometimes when I can afford a vacation or three-day weekend.
