Jules (Julie Spotted Eagle Horse Martineau) Martineau (1968- present) currently lives and works in Southeastern Iowa with her husband Matthew. Together, they have five kids, and two grand kids. She wrote her first novel, "Peregrine" in 2016 and plans to release more books "as long as there are people willing to read her stories" She claims that the rest is subject to change without notice.
