Polly W. Cheney is a Volunteer Mediator and Master Gardener Volunteer in northern Michigan. Teaching a Junior Master Gardener class lead her to write poems to help improve the understanding of the great diversity of bees, their importance to our food supply and the importance of supplying them with the resources they need to continue with their work.
