I hesitated to write this book, for a long time, due to the mere fact that I felt like it would upset a lot of people. Many will say that I don’t know what I am talking about. Others will claim that there is no scientific proof, and some will say that I am going against all of the so-called “factual” information that is now available; but, in light of the fact that I have seen so many people who were suffering, and are no longer suffering after getting on a health program and changing their habits, I saw that it was absolutely clear that more information needed to be gathered and a book of this type needed to be written. I see people who no longer have pain crises, and, if they are no longer having pain crises, then it must mean that the so-called sickle process is not happening in the body as it was before.
