When we’re younger it seems like everyone always wants to know what we’re going to do when we grow up. The reality is most people are still figuring it out. The narrative we are fed at school around the common blueprint that’s laid out for us seems such an outdated model for the society we see ahead of us. This started as a blog, that then became a LinkedIn discussion, which led me to talk to 50 inspiring people who have cultivated themselves a unique role in the world. I wanted to dig beneath the surface to understand what it takes to “make it.” What I discovered along the way was a set of commonalities, many of which we’re seemingly taught at school which we can all learn from, myself included. The result is an ongoing project for anyone looking to explore their own efficiency and long term sustainability, or an alternative career path in a constantly evolving world. The Anti Blueprint Project explores the strategies, secrets and attitudes it takes to create a life of balance, happiness and success. A Coffee table style book featuring 50 people who have created the life they want to lead from Oscar winning filmmakers and Michelin star chefs, to nomadic creatives working on the go.
