ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Robert Lee Dean

Robert Dean is a forty year law enforcement veteran and Texas Master Peace Officer having served in agencies across Texas. He attained the rank of Lieutenant and Chief in two departments. He has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and over two thousand hours of LE training. He served on the Alamo Area/Narcotics Task Force in San Antonio, Texas doing Intervention and Enforcement issues with violent South Texas gangs, and on the Attorney Generals Violent Gang Task Force, was Vice-President on the Board of Directors of the Texas ISD Police Chiefs Association as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the Texas Police Chiefs Association. Having observed that some "cases" bordered on "paranormal" premises he wanted to document such cases giving rise to this book. He is now retired and lives with his wife in Castroville, Texas.
