The book introduces a pantheon of Lithuanian / Baltic deities, playfully conveyed through playing cards. Two full card decks present as many as 108 deities and supernatural beings. The author provides brief literary descriptions of each deity and portraits of high-ranked gods, which are also used in the playing cards. Although the book is based on Baltic mythology and well-known sources, the texts, statements, and illustrations presented are the author’s artistic imagination and ingenuity. It does not claim scientifically based evidence. This book is for myth and game enthusiasts, people who passion about our glorious past.
