Relationships are as unique as the people in them, but certain fundamental characteristics help us clearly define what a healthy relationship is. Love, mutual respect, trust and honesty are a few things that come to mind. Healthy relationships nourish our emotional, mental and physical well-being and overall happiness. So, we have to be mindful of how we navigate them. Together, we will explore the dynamics of different types of relationships. In addition, we will explore how to navigate and nurture our connections in a way that leads to meaningful, quality human connections. By the end of this journey, we will have the tools and resources we need to develop strong, healthy, lasting relationships.
