ABOUT THE BOOK

Andy Learns to Fly is a beautifully crafted story that takes young readers on a soaring journey through the limitless power of imagination. Andy dreams of flying—gliding over bustling cities, sweeping past cars and trains, and floating through the clouds on his way to his best friend's house. Each dream is a new adventure, revealing how children see the world through wonder, possibility, and the quiet magic of hope. Originally written for our own children, this unique book celebrates the way dreams shape childhood and how every flight of fancy carries meaning beyond the stars.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Rachel Brennan

Rachel and Tim Brennan crafted this book for their three children over many nights of making up bedtime stories. Of the many stories they made up, Andy Learns To Fly was one that was remembered years later. Tim is a pilot and loved taking this family up for small aircraft rides. Rachel took that tale, combined her graphic design background with some creative use of modern technology, and designed this book for others to enjoy. Rachel and Tim live in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Two of their children are grown and flown, while their last is still preparing for takeoff.
