ABOUT THE BOOK

    A Vet360 Approach (2.0 Edition) — Book Summary

Dedication & Acknowledgment

This edition of A Vet360 Approach (2.0 Edition) is dedicated to Elton Thomas, U.S. Army (Retired) — whose lifelong mentorship, service, and devotion to his fellow Soldiers          continue to inspire the Vet360 mission and all those committed to helping veterans thrive beyond the uniform.          His faith, courage, and resilience embody the spirit of this work and stand as a reminder that transition is not the end of the mission—it is the continuation of purpose.

Special recognition is extended to CSM Joe Tracy, U.S. Army (Retired),          whose steadfast leadership, mentorship, and compassion have supported countless veterans across the country. As one of the earliest board members of the Veteran Services Commission, CSM Tracy served as both advisor and advocate—often answering calls from veterans in distress and ensuring no one faced transition alone.          His example reflects the true essence of selfless service that defines the Vet360 legacy.

We also wish to acknowledge CSM Randy Gillespie, U.S. Army (Retired),          former Command Sergeant Major of the 311th Signal Command (Theater),          for his invaluable endorsement and encouragement in developing the Vet360 framework.          His continued dedication to mentoring Soldiers and advocating for holistic transition readiness represents the enduring power of leadership beyond the uniform.

Testimonial

"A Vet360 Approach isn’t just another transition handbook—it’s a leadership manual for life after the uniform. What impressed me most is how it integrates the core values of the military—discipline, integrity, and service—with faith and family readiness.            I’ve spent my career helping Soldiers prepare for their next mission, but this program takes readiness to a new level. Every chapter reflects a deep understanding of what service members truly face when the structure fades and real life begins."
