Author – A Vet360 Approach: Active Military Transition to Civilian Life (2.0 Edition)
John William Bryant is a retired U.S. Army Major and disabled veteran whose distinguished career spans over three decades of service and leadership in both military and civilian sectors. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater (B.B.A.), Bryant has combined education, discipline, and passion for service to create systems that empower veterans to transition successfully into civilian life.
Following his military retirement, Bryant became a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and an AXIS Communications Certified Professional. His post-military roles include federal contracting assignments with Catapult Technology Ltd (U.S. Department of Transportation) and Reliacom LLC (GSA – Washington, D.C.), alongside founding multiple veteran-focused and community-oriented enterprises.
Bryant founded the Veterans Services Commission (VSC) in 2017—now a national information hub connecting veterans to essential support services—and serves as Chairman of Reinvest Carolina Inc., a faith-based economic development initiative under Integrated Anointed Ministries (IAM). His entrepreneurial projects include Orchid Farm LLC, Carolina Best Stores, and E-Vision Business Center, a small business incubator helping veterans and local entrepreneurs scale sustainable ventures.
A lifelong learner and advocate for elder care and community wellness, Bryant holds multiple professional certifications (CPR/AED/First Aid, Emergency Response Measures, Patients’ Rights, and Dementia Care). In A Vet360 Approach (2.0 Edition), he unites field-tested leadership, practical strategy, and faith-based insight to redefine how veterans prepare for life after service—bridging the gap between DoD transition programs and real-world reintegration success.
