ABOUT THE BOOK

Ragnar and the Worry Whiskers is a children’s picture book about a large dog who appears brave on the outside but experiences worry on the inside. When Ragnar begins noticing “worry whiskers,” he learns gentle, body-based techniques to calm himself, release tension, and seek support from friends. Through warm storytelling and soothing illustrations, children are introduced to emotional regulation strategies that support confidence, resilience, and emotional awareness. Designed for children ages 4–10, the book encourages healthy coping skills, bravery, and connection. Part of Ragnar’s Brave Heart Series, this title is suitable for homes, classrooms, counseling settings, and pediatric environments.
