About the Author Frank Bisbiglia is a senior project manager with more than 15 years of experience leading enterprise IT, high-performance computing, and infrastructure projects for NASA and Fortune 500 companies. As a certified Project Management Professional, PMP, from the Project Management Institute and a Certified Scrum Master, CSM, he has guided teams through complex transformations in both government and private sectors. Frank’s work has given him a front-row seat to how projectization reshapes organizations, cultures, and careers. As a mentor and educator, he is passionate about equipping the next generation of professionals with the skills, mindset, and adaptability to succeed in a project-based world. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay, “Hayward State”.
