Lee W. Payne is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. He has a BS in Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University and a MA and PhD in Political Science from the University of Houston. Lee is an avid reader, videophile, binge streamer, football fan, and enjoys good scotch and good cigars. He lives in Nacogdoches, Texas with his English Bulldog, Buster.
