This book chronicles my experience caring for my late wife, Barbara Brennan, during her battle with Alzheimer's Disease. The memoir offers an unfiltered and raw perspective on our journey, compiled from my journal entries in both prose and poetry. In the early stages of her illness, Barbara made the courageous decision to contribute to scientific research on Alzheimer's. She participated in ongoing studies with the Massachusetts Alzheimer's Disease Research Center at Massachusetts General Hospital. According to her wishes, her remains were donated to the research facility at Harvard University Medical School upon her passing.
