PR Brown is a native of Texas, a mother of two, and a grandmother to an amazing six-year-old grandson. She has spent nearly three decades in the criminal justice field. After retiring, she attended Bible College and earned a Doctorate in Divinity and Ministry Leadership. During her school attendance, she began writing prolific proclamations and greeting cards that she designed to encourage and inspire.
