Dyanne W. Lyles is a pioneering educator, arts program developer, and community health advocate with over 40 years of experience in teaching, adult program administration, and creative therapeutic services. She is the appointed Administrator for the MaryAnn Riley Adult Day Care Corporation, a proposed state-licensed facility opening in fall of 2025 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to quality care, regulatory excellence, and creative enrichment for aging adults and those with disabilities.
Ms. Lyles holds a Master of Arts in Teaching in Art Education from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from Claflin University. Her credentials meet the Administrator qualifications under South Carolina Regulation 61-75, Section 502, and she brings decades of front-line experience in art instruction, elder care, and program compliance.
As the lead author of Creative Compliance, Ms. Lyles integrates regulatory standards with the healing power of art, offering adult day care providers a practical, spiritually grounded guide for enhancing participant quality of life through creativity. She also serves as Executive Director of Active Expressions Art Academy, leading intergenerational art therapy initiatives and community wellness outreach.
Her certifications in Art Therapy, CPR/First Aid, and state-aligned elder care supervision, combined with extensive continuing education in dementia care and infection control, position her as a compassionate caregiver and a rigorous compliance professional. Her work continues to empower facilities and families across South Carolina to embrace creative healing as a vital part of adult day care.

With a track record in federal systems oversight and veteran advocacy, Bryant is also instrumental in integrating technology and strategic planning into compliant, community-based elder care programs. Simone N. Whiteside
Simone N. Whiteside is the co-founder of MaryAnn Riley Adult Day Care Corporation, a faith-based adult care initiative dedicated to promoting dignity, wellness, and engagement for seniors in Spartanburg, South Carolina. With hands-on experience in daily care coordination, Simone leads the design and execution of participant-centered therapeutic activities, staff training, and nutritional service oversight. She has helped shape policies that align with SC Regulation 61-75, making her a foundational voice in operational compliance and compassionate caregiving.
Jermaine E. Whiteside
Jermaine E. Whiteside is a doctoral candidate at Liberty University School of Divinity, pursuing advanced research in Christian Leadership with a focus on team ministry and next-generation care. As Executive Director of Anointed Connect Academy and founder of several health and education-based nonprofits, he combines regulatory insight, theological vision, and community strategy. Jermaine leads initiatives focused on adult day care development, training systems, and spiritual integration in senior services. His theological and administrative contributions to Creative Compliance bridge faith, compliance, and practical care innovation.
