In 2009, I founded Mentors Care, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to provide at-risk high school students with the guidance they need to graduate and reach their full potential.
?
Having created Mentors Care from the ground up, I developed a four-year curriculum, co-authored a mentor guide, and am excited to soon release my book, "Collateral Hope." This non-fiction book shares my personal journey through darkness, finding faith, embracing hope, and discovering purpose in the mess—reflecting the heart of why I created Mentors Care.
?
Through my speaking, mentoring, and writing, I strive to empower both students and volunteers to find purpose and strength in their journeys. Today, Mentors Care serves over 850 students with 800 mentors across 20 high schools, and I am committed to growing the program even further to continue changing lives, one student, one mentor, and one story at a time.
