ABOUT THE BOOK

We were never meant to work like machines. We are cyclical, intuitive, brilliant beings—and it’s time our businesses remembered that. In Cycle Sync, business and wealth strategist Lauren Burgess guides menstruating entrepreneurs back to the wisdom of their bodies and the rhythms of nature. Through cycle syncing, lunar alignment, and intentional planning rooted in rest, Cycle Sync offers a blueprint for building a business that flows—with ease, clarity, and deep self-trust. This is more than a productivity method. It’s a reclamation. You’ll explore the four energetic phases of your cycle, learn how to align your work with the moon, and integrate rituals and practices that restore your relationship to time, money, and yourself. Along the way, you’ll find prompts, stories, and embodied invitations to help you listen inward and move through resistance with grace. Whether you menstruate monthly or move by the moon, this book is a sacred invitation to honor your body, grow your business, and redefine success on your own terms. Your work can be a form of resistance. It can also be a return—to your body, to the Earth, to the women who came before you.
